Partners
We teach alongside the institutions people already trust.
FORE does not go it alone. We build courses with universities and teach in person with community organizations, so that learning real estate happens somewhere credible, with people who will still be around next year.
University partner
Yeshiva University
YU Global · Introduction to Real Estate
Yeshiva University's continuing education arm, YU Global, offers an asynchronous Introduction to Real Estate course. FORE's founders served as the subject matter experts who developed it: the structure, the lessons, the examples, and the exercises students work through on their own schedule.
Building a course for a university means every claim gets checked and every concept has to stand on its own without a teacher in the room. That discipline is the same one we bring to everything we teach.
Community partner
CHYE
Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs · Live classes and mentorship
Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs is a community career and entrepreneurship organization in Brooklyn. For the past several years FORE has taught live, in-person real estate classes to CHYE's students, and we continue to offer mentorship to graduates as they look at their first deals.
The live course runs as a series of working sessions:
- Types of real estate assets
- Terms and metrics
- Market analysis
- Financing your investment
- Investment strategies
- Contracts, agreements, and regulatory basics
- Underwriting a deal
Students finish having underwritten a real property themselves, and many stay in touch through mentorship as they move from learning to doing.
Mentorship
The course ends. The relationship does not.
Through our partners we offer mentorship to students who have completed a course: a second set of eyes on a deal, help reading a term sheet, or an honest opinion on whether to walk away. It is the part of the work we value most.
Current and former students can reach us through the student portal.
Partner with FORE
Bring real estate education to your community.
We work with universities, community organizations, nonprofits, and employers. Partners host cohorts, help shape the material for their members, and stay involved as students move from learning to doing. We never sell deals to your members, never upsell, and never promise returns.
